My window screens are about 10 years old. The windows and I assume the screens are made by VWD Windows – Vinyl Window Designs Ltd My local hardware stores cannot find these corners. Perhaps your company has them? I want to purchase enough corners so my hardware store can put new fabric in my ... (cont.)

Snapped the zinc (?) lever

Hi, can you please tell me which window crank I need to purchase to replace this operator for the right side and left side?

Can't get my window crank to work. I wonder if the crank post is stripped; it slipped out of the crank mechanism pretty easily, whereas they don't come out with our other windows. I'm hoping just that item needs replacement, and that a new one can readily be installed... Thx

27 3 GX CMC 11 is stamped on the balance

I need one balance for my Pella brand sash. The marking on the balance is " 30c bsi" it is a 30" balance. I have previously used #10 strength.
