Hi - We have a 1953 house in Florida with steel casement windows. The screens are aluminum and held on with clips that screw into the inside face of the window frame. My storm door no longer latches mainly because the it doesn't pop(spring) out to catch the stationary latch plate. The problem assembly is shown mainly by 1st and 2nd photos.

I have a Truth Casement Window Top Hinge that is broken. The black plastic(?) piece that runs in the track is separated into 2 pieces.
