Seeking replacement equivalents for Truth brand crank operator (w/ cover) and track arms with slider. Reasonably sure from previous posts that I've identified the replacement operator, but the suggested slider arms set has a 10" track compared with 14" original. Hi, I need to locate the correct balancer for an Alenco window (vintage year 2000). The old balancers are 28" in length and the sash weighs 31.5 pounds. I think I need the Swisco S350-28 2760. Home was constructed in 2003. ChatGPT is certain I should order part number 55-204. The shape looks a bit off to me.

These are parts from an old American Craftsman double hung window, over 20 years. I believe it is Series 1200. Locking mechanism on a vinyl inside window , push up both top and bottom latches to unlock the window to swing it out into the room. As you can see , one of the locking tabs is broken and won't allow the latch to stay in place and function.I hope you can help me with this item as you did 3 years ag ... (cont.)

These triple balances are marked 13 on the bottom 8 in the middle and 7 on the top

I think the gear mechanism for this opener jammed or got out of alignment. It was stuck in the open position so I had to remove the hardware to pull the window closed. The latches were removed from a Champion vinyl window. The window is at least 25 years old. The left and right latches are marked on the bottom with a "L' and "R".
