Some of these windows won't stay up and the windows are drafty

The underside of the working hinge lock states "Made in New Zealand". There are no other identifying numbers or names. When you pull on the handle, one of the plates does not move to disengage from the stationary plate that is fixed to the frame.

Hi, I have a number of CDI windows where the balancers need to be replaced. I understand the cpany may have gone out of business. Do you have carry those parts?

I had ordered these in the past but I think I had to "modify them to fit my sash. I have a photo of one of the originals installed in my window. One has failed and I would want to replace both.

Hello! I'm looking to replace this hardware for the left and right side of my construction grade Pella window. These are the parts that I took out. If you would have an upgrade kit that would be easier to install, I would welcome that.Thank you !Jim

Spring is three-quarter inches wide. It is for a bathroom window. I have the spring unwound, but there are no numbers stamped on it. Do you happen to have the specific length of the replacements? I know this is 3/4 of an inch wide. Thank you.
