Hi Folks our entire house is Milgard 1992 double pane aluminum windows. Working great all these years. White aluminum with spreaders. One up and dow 36 inches Wide by 60 Tall. ( 36x60 ) 3050 ? The sash needs need very narrow weather stripping going into a channel. Second one the the Sash guides ha ... (cont.)

As you can see the top lip of the guide broke off, impeding the opening/closing of the door. The plastic piece is spring loaded pushing down. I have been unable to find a replacement. The doors have been in the house sinnce 1966. I can't see any identiffying markings on any of the other hardware. ... (cont.)

Is this a profile that you carry? I have trying to get a full profile piece but it is not happening. This is pieced together but shows the tab and reverse to interlocking opposite.

Inside track 3/4" wide

Vinyl tilt window; don't know manufacturer; dated 2009; pivot lock shoe (part plastic, part metal) broken; picture does not show part of the shoe that fastens to the window balance. Shoe measures 1-1/4" wide x 7/8" depth.

The first image is of the inside; the second image is of the outside, and the third image is the lock part that is broken.

Length 42. Gray tube 4 balances total 80 Lbs
