This short arm attaches to the main longer crankout window arm on the bottom of window.

My Client has 8 Anderson casement windows and none of the arm operators works. I need all the replacement parts with all the locks

Not sure which series windows, since there are no stickers or codes anywere. I uploaded all parts, I have several windows. All very hard to open and close, house located off the dock so sea air and several years of no maintanance have made very hard to use.

Hello. I have a few windows that have had a balance part failure. Would appreciate your help to identify a suitable replacement part. There is a stamp (pictured) that says 24 5 BSI RD. I believe I have an open cam lock. Thank you! Michael

Window crank

Unfortunately there are no markings on the crank that I took off. The connecting hole is 3/8" diameter and connects to the window linkage via an "E" clip. Note the slight offset in the connecting link. There are several cranks that need replacing but I would like to start with one just to make su ... (cont.)
