Hello, I need a new operator and hinge

I had windows installed a LONG time ago. Many have parts that need replacing. Do you have/know anyone who can fix them on Long Island? I live in Rocky Point (Suffolk County).

We believe the weight is 40 lbs., but the original balances keep breaking.The Traco windows are 53 1/8" W x 50 5/8" H.They are stamped 23 DS 38 & the parts are 15-005 & 19-041 & the metal is 24".From the website discussions, you have made new balances for these windows many times before. ... Looking for a replacement crank for a roto casement window.

Need two window crank operators and handles. Both windows open out to left when facing the windows inside the house (open to the right when facing windows outside of the house). If I remove the spindle balance to get the size, can I put the window back until I get the part in?
