Do you have pairs of hinge arms that have a sash clip on end that attaches to the track? My windows are Biltbest Casements 1987. The sash tracks are built into the windows and go all along the width of the window.

The string broke in my window balance which caused further damage to the pin holding the spring. So, the entire balance is completely destroyed. Hello. Nothing is broken but the is a screw or bolt missing that secures the sliding arm in place which can be seen in the picture. It is a 12" square basement window the operates like a casement window crank open

All my dimensions match the dimensions of part# 26-243. My only question is on the 3/16" snap location. On my latch, 3/16" measures to the 2nd of 3 snapping tabs shown in my pic. Will 26-243 work for my application? Thanks.

Hello, The current problem is that the vertical latch is broken and it's not hooking onto the window properly, which is preventing the window from closing completely. Please kindly advise if you have the latch and the white part in the photo for replacement. Thank you!
