I need a coil balance replacement assembly. The old cam is broken. Think it is 13 lbs. Also need new pilot arms.

Are these parts replaceable?

This fork-like piece is what you use to unlock the window then pull it together when you close it. Some of our casement windows have plastic ones, like this one that broke. Can't glue it together. It's a bottom sash tube. The marking reads "40S, then "BSI" then "MD". The clutch is aluminum finish, which doesn't correspond to the color code (regular, heavy duty super heavy duty, etc. for any replacement clutches I have seen.
