Looking for a replacement balance for the following window. MFR: PHP-07 A-L-I Validator Series: 820 Type: Tilt Double Hung sash size 27.25 x 29.156

Have two windows same size. Need four of same size.

Do you stilll offer the track shown in the bottom right above? I need this in White and Bronze.

Truth is the only marking seen from the top

I am looking to replace the above with a polished nickel finish.

Would you happen to know the replacement part number for the track? It's 69 and 1/4 inches long and had a metal sleeve on the top.

Hello my window need new channel balance please see attached pictures. The channel length is 29’

The window won't stay open Also if you try to open it it comes off the track

13 inch channel Stamp says 13 3 B.S.I. PL It is from a Milford window made around the year 2005 I need four balances.

For the 52X49.5 the marking says 2.3 .7 .10. For the 36X53.5 I see 12 10.
