I couldn't find the name of the window But on one of the photos has a sticker with a bunch of numbers.

Looking for springs that are 5/¹6 of an inch wide and 12" long when there is no tention on it . Do you have anything to replace it. Thanks Barry

Previously ordered 84-104 - Screen Door Roller, 1-1/4" Dia Steel. As the photo shows, the new rollers are too large. The old roller is about 1" diam. I need 10. Do you have them? OK to send back the parts that don't fit? Thanks much. Rob

I have a Silverline sliding patio door. The door latch is very loose but moves up and down. But, the door does not lock. Do u have a replacement lock for the stats I provided on the doors label. The original balance in the pictures I provided says 28b on it and is 29" long. A window person replaced some on a simple window and they say 28-2 Fq5-cmc 21. Latch for non active door

The channel balance screw/plastic insert and the screw that goes through both to attach to the window bent/broke. It is a 28 inch channel balance that screws into the window pane. I have additional pics but it only allowed 5 to be uploaded.

Hi, I'm looking for the replacements for what I took pictures of and uploaded. We changed the color of the window and so the white no longer matches, and I was wondering if you have a dark brown, or a black version of these parts

House was built maybe in the 90's..

I am searhing for the left and right hand sid piece for a tilt window. The piece is a latch that holds th window in the trak and allows you to remove the window. The piece appears to be spring loaded and slides back and forth, allowing the latch to move.
