Where do I caulk a window/door? Is it better to use a tape that seals or what type of caulk do I use to seal these areas.

Hello - I'm looking for some old Kolbe & Kolbe awning window parts. House was built in the early 90's. Photos of both ends of broken piece and of piece on good window. Any help will be appreciated.

We need to identify this roller to replace them. Its a 1 1/2" diameter wheel, the housing is 2 1/4" long, 1 7/16" high, and 13/16" wide. From the top of the housing to the top of the flare is 13/16", the flare is 5/16" and below the flare is 5/16". Thanks for your help!

Mine are attached at the top of the balance by plastic, most of them have broken off over the last 20 years. The spiral rod is 29" long, it is encased inside a spring that is 27 3/8"long, then encased in a white plastic sleeve approximately 27 1/2" long. The bushing on the end of the spring is whit ... Have several windows not staying up. This appears to be the culprit. The metal piece is 29" long without the end caps. One cap appears to be broken. The channel is 5/8" wide (outside to outside).

The metal channel lenght is 27 3/4 in., width 9/16 in., depht 5/8 in.
