Hello, I have one window in which the coil has snapped in half, I have been able to remove the parts but need assitance finding the correct Coils to purchase. Would you be able to assist me in ordering the correct Coils? I have attached photos of the parts/numbers. Please let me know if there is a ... (cont.)

My window balances are 19 years old and are in need of replacement. The attached photos are of the same balances (28A), with one facing up and one facing down. I have photographed each end as well. The metal rod does measure 29 inches.

The latch doesn’t release when the handle is pushed down and you release to let the handle go.

THe hardware says it is Del Mar Toronto. It seems the arm and the crank are one unit. I also need the latch hardware. I need 3 latches, 1 left side and 2 right side crank hardware.

Hello, I'd like to replace the channel balances and shoes in a couple of tilt windows and am hoping you can help. I've included some photos of one of them and its shoe. I need replacement window crank parts for Hurd windows. (See photos.) The gears are wearing out, likely stripped. I'll need new cranks for three windows. Is this something you can provide? The part number is 14D001.
