I was not able to find any markings to identify what kind of parts I need.

I need 2 of the 29's (pic 4) and 2 of the 11's (pic 5). Not sure what size to order based on only the one number on the balancer. Can you please tell me which balancer length I need. Need pivot pins and balance brake shoes for Alside replacement windows from 2007.

I need a pin for this window crank. Do you carry those pins?

I need to replace the double coil balance on a couple of windows including the plastic covers. Which should I order? I have already purchased the 15-177 slate blue coil balance shoes from you. Newer window but no window make

Non tilting window, very difficult to open and close. Replaced two broken 18-127 parts. Want to see if replacing the channel balances solves the issue. Are you able to identify the correct channel balances I need from the pictures.

don't find any numbers

Hey, the latch is broken on this double hung wood window, I am trying to find a close match !

We would like to convert this handle to a keyed entry, it's 4 3/4" from center to center on the screws for the handle

Can I just replace a handle or do I need to the whole unit? This Handel broke off. I see your posts re: a 11/32" spline but don't know what that is.

Need 2 sets of balance rods

I need a 4' section of Pella Window bead.

The two outermost holes are 1 1/16" spacing. The two inner holes are 3/8" spacing. The total thickness is 1/4". White nylon I believe. Thank you
