Attached are 3 photos of the broken # 7 coil and its housing(?) from the right side of the window. The other 2 photos are of an existing not broken coil and housing from the left side. This one reads 7E. I've ordered coils from you before and this is for the same home. But a smaller window. What ... (cont.)

I would like to replace the balances on both sides of this window with new parts, but I want to make sure I have everything I need and the correct parts.

I have a black in finish and wooden handle sliding door handle that I need to replace. The lock has failed. Screws are 4" apart.

Good afternoon, We are looking to identify the pictured window parts needed to repair a few windows here at Greene Meadow Apartments. The only number visible is on the coil and it says "5 K". We can't find any numbers on the window itself either. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I need 4 of these clips that attach the bottom of the window to a spiral balancer

It is 5 lb and right side need replacing thanks don't know brands

Looking for the correct part for tilt window pivot shoe lock (see attached images).

I need to replace the balances on 2 windows (total of 4 balances). The only markings I see are 27C and CJ CP. The bottom part of the balance is broken off as well.

I beleive it is a Vetter door from the early 90's. There appears to be a spring inside that doesn't move when the latch is rotated.
