Old windows. These allow me to lock in place. Open upward and slant out to clean. 3/4" W. 2 3/4" L

I need a replacement window balance for my single hung window. The stamp number is 1540 BSI.

Any way we can tell the type (# series) of balance needed for repairs without dismantling side covers, top cover and sash? Are types tied to window size and/or code on glass? Thanks, KS

I think this might be a prism simonton door but not sure.

I need help finding replacements for these. The window is 20 years old. No idea the manufacturer. They all look and feel the same but one window is a little smaller. I could not get an installed pic. I have a double hung window that no longer stays up/open when the lower part is lifted. It appears that this circular spring on both sides has snapped. I don't know whether just that spring can be replaced or whether the whole spring/plastic connector must be replaced. Any guidance on the correct pa ... (cont.)

Both sides are broken, missing the part that sticks into the frame. The glass just got replaced so I don't want to disassemble it until I can get the new parts. These are at least 30 years old.

From my last email, I need to order the coil balance pivot shoe # 15-259 to fit with my old Simmonton model windows. Greetings I need the plastic top pieces of channel balances, or The entire balances themselves AND those small little clips that fit into the slots of the windows which seems to hold the balances in place

house built in 1993. Coastal situation. Original rollers corroded and stuck. I only have this pic of the removed roller that my contractor took. Is this enough? He was able to replace the wheels but I would like to replace units on all my sliding doors.
