Need window parts

Do you still have this style? I have bought fron Swissco before.

The slide assembly is stamped 908. Long side is 9 1/4" short side is 8 1/8" it's 2.5" deep 9/16" thick.

I need a few balances I attached the information I have 5/8" Spiral balances red. 21" - QTY 2 30" - QTY 8 I also need the ends, so I attached some photos.

It has markings on it 2020 you might make out the rest I can't I attached photo

I need to replace my window spirals. 28" 5/8. What this part is broken also. What is the replacement

Looking for a left and right tilt latch. I really only need the very top piece( thumb push). Renter broke them. If I need to get a whole assembly I will.

Door is 1 and 1/2" thick. This is hardware I just took out of door. I had replaced the lock about 15 years ago with hardware this lockset. Photos The mortise lock in the first two photos is original part door came with. On the original part it says Pado on top and Emco on Bottom. Swisco 40-049 M ... (cont.)

Hi, I'd like to be able to hopefully keep the existing door lock mechanism but I would like to add a key lock on the exterior and was wondering if it's possible to do this with the existing door lock. Thanks. Also do you have sliding exterior doors, rollers etc for this? Thanks

The window balancer that I have is stamped with 30D BS1. It is broken and needs replacement. Can you supply a replacement?
