These windows are Jel-N-186. Need to find lock and latch or close replacement part

Looking for weatherstripping and hinge sets for Norco Teton metal clad windows. Dimensions of the weatherstripping attached. The hinge is fine but the metal swivel piece plastic cover has deteriorated.

I have several storm widows with spring plungers. The tabs on the plunger pins are all broken off and plungers are difficult to operate. Would like to find replacements so I do not have to reframe all my glass panes. Thx

The back of the inside door pull has broken, the metal tabs that retain the screws have cracked and the handle will not stay secured to the door. I really need just the back piece, that their handle fits into with the two set screws or the full replacement handle, color white.

The current locking mechanism is not actually locking, it loses the "grip" from the inner window rail and never manages to completely lock.

I am looking for parts for pella architectural series double hung windows from the early 1990s. Specifically, I am looking for lower sash balance pulleys. Please see pictures. The pulley shown attaches to a spring.
