There's a window at one of our rental properties that does not have any markings that I can locate aside from the photo attached. It is a double hung, 30" x 52" The handyman referred to the piece as a Balance, I see another post from someone calling it a pivot shoe. Its the silver piece on the ins ... (cont.)

Hi. I have an old Andersen picture window (43"h x 68"w) with "CIG-1 2-90" etched into the lower left corner. Need complete assembly, except for the locking mechanism. I have part number 32062 that holds the window. I need upper and lower. I also need the dual arm operator and handle. Does 3062 hold the window or is there a separate hinge?

locking mechanism works, just need to find the right replacement handle.

Hi, I'm not sure how old these Milgard windows are. I've included a picture of a label that is affixed to the top/inside of the window frame. Only markings I see on the latch itself are: "75" and "Pat. # 5.139.291" Thank you for any help you can provide.

No markings on the pivot shoe but on the coil balance cover there is a number 10 I assume refers to 10lbs.coil balance cover and pivot shoe are blocked from going up the jamb by an adjustment screw. How should I remove these parts so they can be correctly identified?
