Both of the pivot bars broke as we went to clean the windows. I looked on your web site at the pivot bar section and did not see this type of pivot bar. I hope that you have it. Truth 30866 is the markings on our part. We ordered new part (photo on left) the center arm is to long. Measurement on ours is 2-3/4 ". We need a new part.

Hi I have recently purchased 16 spring clips 1-1/8 inch for my window. Item #70-050B. I just tried to install these and it is short by an eighth of an inch roughly as my screen will not latch on to the back of the window. See the attached picture. It is from a Simonton left hand casement window. It look similar to an Encore brand but is doesn't have a bend in the arm on the encore. Any suggestions? The number seems to be 1496-120 Thanks, Bill

Guide for lock slide

I am looking for a left and a right operator for casement windows. I am having a hard time locating these. The arm length is showing as 11" if measure from the mechanism and if measured from the elbow to the end it measures 9 1/2".
