4891 has a K on it 4892 is blue 4893 is the working right side of the window that is broken 4894 is the broken side. Do you recommend replacinig both sides? The coil has an E on it. Thanks for reviewing this.

Need to track down the right parts for 400 series double hung windows

I am searching for a window crank and cover/tray that it sits in, to replace on that is broken. The plastic tray pops out of the wood window framing and the crank is missing a small screw on the side. The handle comes out of the tray every time you open/close the window. The window is a Pella win ... (cont.)

I ordered the 82-265 and installed it with little issues. I have found that the plate on the door frame does not mate up to the upgraded part I received. I need to get the part that goes on the door frame to get it to lock properly. Can you please help me find this part.

Hello We are looking for about 10 of these casement handles for an apartment complex, they are 4 1/2" wide, 2" tall, and the screw holes are 1 1/2" on center. they look like brushed nickel pot metal but we could use any color.

The interior thumb latch broke on my Prime Window systems sliding glass door. I'm trying to find the proper replacement parts to repair the door. The screw holes on the handle measure 4 inches on center.

Measuring only the metal it's 29"A2830

Measurement from center of screw hole to center of screw hole of lock is 11 inchs. The door is a Silver Line. Identification of the door is attached in a photo.
