I have three different size windows to replace these balances on. I left one each in place for the customer.

I believe the first one is a tilt-out latch and the second one is labels Sash, I could not tell you. However former owners have broke many of the sashes and I am not sure how to get this fixed. The Tilt-out latches seem to also be broken. Can you tell me what I need to order?

Hello. I have a 2004 home that the window channel fell down out of the window. I'm not sure if the plastic clip thing whatever holds it in broke or not. But anyways. I need to fix my window. I need to know where I can find a replacement for this part I can't seem to find it anywhere

I am look for replacement coils, shoes and pivot bars for Simonton hurricane rated windows. They are double coils. The coil is stamped 408. The coils are 3/4" wide. I have pictures. Can you assist me?thanks,Gary

Sliding door latch won't engage. Looking to replace like for like

The interior handle has two pre-cast posts which slide into holes in the door mount pictured in the first photo. One of the posts on the handle has broken. These posts also have a hole drilled through them to accept the mounting screws which are on the side versus the front. I'm looking for the corr ... (cont.)

I purchased an older home and there are 2 large casement windows (unclear what brand) which are both locked with locks that no longer work. There is number on the locks which is 2288. Any chance you know how I can replace these?

Will the 40-150 work to replace this inside handle? It has a sharper nose to engage the spring bar on the jamb than the 40-150, but the hole spacing and spindle match. I just want to be sure the door will be securely latched.
