Good afternoon, I looking to replace my awning operator. When we had it out, I measured 5 1/2 inches in length between the top and bottom holes and 2 3/8 between the holes on the little arm and 1 1/4 between the bottom holes. Such little differences in the measurements make me uneasy! ... (cont.)

I just installed new balances (S600 32 inches black tip) and when I lift my sash all the way to the top it drifts about 4 inches... but when I lift just half the way or less it works fine. Window Balancer For Tilt Window

I need to find replacements for the locking part for sliding windows. Can someone help me.

1. Sliding window stop; screws onto the window frame inside. The tab flips down to stop the window about 4" open. 2. Vertical window stop; inserted into top window. Pops out to stop the window from opening more than about 3". Same manufacturer.
