I need the latches which have one screw. Also need the latch releases on top. All of my windows in my manufactured home have at least one broken latch. I can send any more info you might need to identify parts. I need Right and Left. At least 2 pair if you have them.

if servicable, then just the missing parts. If not, then the whole mechanism and handles in and out. Thx.

I want to order 27" (27E) Series 795 Channel Balance, but I need 15-198 hook on the 795 channel balance. if it is possible, I may need 6 or 8.

These rollers measure the same as Swisco part number 84-104. My questions concern the shape of the spring and the "hook" that is the connection point and the Swisco model has a "closed" end. I'm assuming the design difference performs the same function to fit over the pin. I do not have a model n ... (cont.)

Hello. I am replacing balance hardware on several old replacement windows that are a very heavy duty mix of vinyl and aluminum construction.
