Need help with identifying and ordering parts. Thos particular window is 10 lbs.

The bottom hole is for the adjustment screw. The top hole is for the frame screw. They're offset, front to back about an 1/8".

There's a second screw hole at bottom of window 1" away total length of pin is approx 3". The # between the holes is 12310. Screws are 1/2" round head stainless?

Bottom holes are 2 1/4 inches apart. The arm is 2 3/8 long Horizontal holes are 5 1/4 inches apart

Number on balance is BS1 143

I believe there is a number 2 but that's the only markings .

The part is jammed in the frame of the window and will not go up and down.

Looking for exterior sliding door handle black metal

This 20 year old latch broke and the window pushed inward during Hurricane Milton. The dimensions are 2 3/8"Wide by 3/4" deep. The holes are 1 1/8" on center. If you have a replacement part I may as well get 2. Thank you,John

The coil has the sequence (#6.5 35" P) on it. We are guessing it's a 6.5 lbs Serie 160 Coil Balance and 3/4" coil single support. I need to replace the whole housing and want to be sure I have the right measurements.
