I need to know what device to use in order to stop my casement windows but also allowing them to be opened in the event of a fire? I have a remodel and the inspector wants to see these devices on the windows since the sill heights are below the min 36" height.

Twin casement needs both locks in white color

The door jam label says Series 450 SGD, then later includes the code R-PG20-1816x2629. I am looking for a replacement set of parts that includes the outside key door lock.

Your roller is similar to my requirements but it is too wide. Please see attached diagram of what we require (metric measurements).

Number 1620 stamped on 17" long balance. In the last picture I need the screw plastic part that is attached to the window. One side of window, that part is broken.

Need locking mechanism for American Craftsman series 50

Should have done this first. Arm labeled B looks to be too long, it hits window frame when trying to close. Arm labeled A is longer, but that would probably only affect the amount of how far the window open, (not an issue). Any help appreciated. Thanks, K

American Craftsman series 50 sliding glass door lock

I have a left hand Pella casement window that is missing a locking fixture. The sash is routed to accept the parts, but the parts are missing. It is a tall casement window which has a tandem mechanism that helps pull in the window to close and lock.

I need to replace the sliding door wheel but can not find a part number. It does have a V in the metal
