Hi - thanks so much for offering to identify this for me. The window is from about 1975 and has never been worked on. The length of the channel is 21". The width of the channel is 1/2" The Channel balance fitting depth: 1.08" (27.7 mm) I saw your article about some fittings with pulley wheels ... (cont.)

Outer stamped metal is 1 3/4" tall, 1 15/16" long, notch at bottom is 1/16". Inner stamped metal is 1 11/16" tall, 2 1/16" long. Outer bracket is 3/4" wide before it slims down to squeeze inner bracket. Inner bracket is 1/2" wide. Wheel is 1 1/4" diameter.

Hello, I see that I have simonton windows from ~1995 (guessing) when the house was built. I have a few where it seems the coil on the sides of the windows has broke - making it so the windows won't stay open or are very hard to open and make a lot of noise. This came from a Philips window. The steel measures 22" , 5/8" wide.

which roller would go with this door? It is really hard to slide this door, and I am sure it needs new rollers. Thank you!
