Any thoughts on these?? Our windows are 50 years old (townhouse). They are difficult to open since most of the rollers have cracked and broken. Each window has (2) - one on top and one on bottom of slider. Do you need pix of windows??

The length is 26 5/8". The stamp is 26 9.The window is a Milgard , probably from the mid 2000', maybe 2005.I need 4 balances. Weight of the window is 31 lbs.

I'd like to replace two channel balances in a Window World window. Each channel balance is 24 inches long. Stamped identifier is 23 9 KU CMC 1. There is a hook on one end and a loop on the other end. Thank you.

The windows in my home have very little information on them. I was able to find one marking on them identifying them as Duraseal L1. In lieu of that, I have attached photos of the channel balances we need to replace in order to restore functionality of these windows.oh, and these are 1/2" channels ... (cont.)

These clip onto the window frame to slide in the window sash. They are 1/2 by 3/8 inches in size. The little notches are 1/8" deep. Hopefully you can identify the part for me.

One end fitting stamps PAT 6598264. Stamp of 30-3 on the outside metal bar.

Any ideas?

I have a non-tilting window with 2 channel balances. Looking for replacement balances. 1/2" wide metal part 25" long marking on the balance says "2490 2P" or "249O 2P" 2 pics of each end attached, top view and side view, plus pic of marking. Thank you for your assistance!

Hi, Here are photos. The tenant somehow damaged the window and the hardware within the track. Would like to fix or replace with new sash, although I suspect some new parts would be needed, e.g. the balance.

I need the coil balances, shoes, and pivot pins. Could you tell me all the parts I need in the photos? Thanks

I need to order some of these balance parts for my windows. THey are Jeld-Wen JA-10-08 Low E C407-00071-8007 ALI TXASTME774 windows. I'm not sure what numbers you need from those.
