Looking for these replacement parts.

Hi there, I'm only able to lock the door from inside but not from outside. When attempting to unlock from outside, the key is moving but not the lock itself to unlock. Can you please check what I need to fix this? Thank you, Yan

This is the window balance of one of our windows that as I was pushing window up it made a sound and got stuck. As we tried to close the window we had to remove this part that came out of its place. I have a small bathroom slider window. The pane that moves can be lifted out for cleaning. Do you know the name of the part that snaps in the headrail to keep the window from being able to be removed?

Has anyone gotten this to work? I bought a few of these but they do not fit as the latch/wings on the original is at the tip, and this one is further down. Hello, I have one broken window handle that snapped off and another window handle that was missing in the home we moved into. They both appear to be different.
