Hello. I need replacements. Based on dimensions I guess the S390-28 with 2730 option. But since window is hard to open the S390-28 with the 2740 option would be better choice.

Need a Sliding patio door handle. 4 1/8 is the installation hole measurement.

Hoping you can identify the coil caps here or one that will work. Thanks!!
