Could you please identify this part for me so I can order it. I think it is called a sash retractor. We can open our window but it won't stay up because the cord broke inside the window frame. We have to prop it open with a stick.

casement window weep hole is 1 3/16 inches. The direct set transom window weep hole cover is more like a "block" as shown.

This is a pic of the not broken which is exact. Do you have an exact or similar replacement? There were no names on the handle and I'm too scared to remove to see if numbers are on the inside.
