Hi, I'm having a hard time finding replacement parts for our Simonton sliding door latch and handles. It has recently started sticking when in the locked position and my kids are unable to open it on their own. Please take a look at the pictures below. Any help is appreciated!

I am in need of replacement parts for sliding door, but I do not have any internal parts. I am sorry, I do not see a P/N or model number on the handle.The handle has a slide on it to lock, nothing on the outside handle. My hardware that needs replacing is Truth 40012 marked on both arms. The areas are 11 inches, the bar across the top is 27 inches and the handle base is 5 inch. What do you suggest? Thanks
