Good Morning, I am trying to identify these 4 parts for replacement for both sides of my window. I don't know their technical names, but I'd describe them as the spring, the spring carrier, the pulley block, and the sash bar or bolt. The spring has a number 6 (or is it a 9?) on it. The longer arm is about 7.5 inches long and the shorter one to the left is 4.5 inches

this is a truth 31522 casement window operator that may no longer exist. it may be that the 1518 casement window operator will fit. Can you please research and get back to me. I have a client needs whole house replaced. Thank you.
