Looking to replace this part that mounts to the window as the anchor point.

How can I remove and replace this latch from a ICW window? I have the replacement.

Lower part of double hung window. Metal pivots that lock into the weighted part broke. Can't find the manufacturer of the window and home owners bought the house like this.

I need to replace the top and bottom flush bolts on this door. The plastic lever that attaches to the bolt is competly broken on the bottom one and the lever is no longer attached to the bolt on the upper one.

I believe this is off old Anderson windows, wooden sash

Numbers found on plastic piece PAT #5.737.877 top piece of the plastic broke but I have sent a picture of one in place that is not broken

I am attempting to find replacement balances and tilt locks for a vinyl replacement window.

I need to replace some Anderson window balances. They are stamped with the number 1600-17 but I didn't see a matching number in the available replacement parts. The window is 32"x53"

I have a sliding door that the hand lock does not work anymore. It was installed and around 1999. There are no identifying part numbers or manufacturer on the door itself. I have four of the exact same doors in my home and only one of the locks work.
