Appreciate instructions on how to remove a pair of sliding doors with the 23-225 bottom roller. The Anti jump clips is inside the track and the cloips are preventing me from lifting the doors off the track. Appreciate your advice. P Huang

The plastic wheels have disintegrated and will no longer roll smoothly. They appear to be similar to item #84-016, but I am unaware of the subtle differences in the various wheels. Can you confirm the type of wheels needed on this door? Thank you, David

Is the bumper placed on the top track as well as the bottom track of a bifold door?

I would like to know the exact depth of this including the plastic adjustable wheel. I purchase and EVERBILT one and it doesn't work as it is too thick to pass the other door on the old track.

We had two 24 inch doors which broke. We bought a set of used ones (for very little) which measure correctly and do fit, but they have hardware for hanging from up above. Is it possible to purchase these pieces (4 on top and 4 on bottom I suppose) and retrofit the doors?

I have a set of metal bifold doors. The photo of the complete assembly shows a white plastic item that rides along the track. Unfortunately, one of the caps broke and now the door does not close properly. Any chance you are able to offer a replacement part? Thank you.

Part is the bottom guide that goes in the track. Should be round obviously but its broke and i cant find replacement.

I am looking for a replacement track for some benchmark steel doors but my openings are 2 feet each. Can i get a 4 foot track and cut it down? I didn't see a 2 foot options for steel doors. Thanks!!
