Both rollers on one door have flat spots and the door is difficult to move on the track. The instructions list "Accent 210/215/220/410/415 Prism 320" #4016 is listed as the bottom roller assembly. Which of your parts do I need as replacements?

hello, i am looking for matching rollers to the one in the pic. it has a 3/4 inch wheel with a 1/4 inch off set. metal body is 2 and 5/16 tall and 1 and 3/8 wide. is this something you carry? thanks.

I tried to replace my rollers with the Swisco 23-031, but the wheels are too tight. SHould I get something with smaller wheels?

The rollers have worn out on the rollers at the top of the doors. I have included four photos, the first of the roller with the word "alliance" and number "1002A", the second and third photos are of the other roller and have the word "alliance" but the number "1001A". Hey guys, I just wanted to know if you guys have something to replace the wheels and track shown in the pictures. The doors are double doors, on a 48" track with 4 wheels. I'm looking to replace two sets of doors (2 tracks, 8 wheels). Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The dimensions of 23-232S appear to match my rollers except the height where the one I'm replacing is 1 1/2". Also, a critical measurement for me is on the bottom where the metal spreads out. I need a width of 3/4". Will 23-232S be a suitable replacement?
