Hi, I have several broken hinges that don't self-close anymore. My cabinets are Wellborn cabinets, installed in about 1994. The hinges are Amerock. Roller replacement

I'm looking to replace the slide that gets attached to the bottom of the drawer. The brown plastic ones cracked. the track guide for the Ronthor pat.# 3185530 broke off the main track. See attached.
