Plastic guide for drawer mounts on rear of drawer

According to Hettich their old part number for this was 9004739. The left was 9004737. These parts are no longer available from them. The opening is about 1 inch. The length is 4 inches. The back (with screw holes) is approximately 1 3/16 width and 1 7/8 height.

I need one pair of left and right locks shown in the picture.

The top part of the left socket broke off. As you can see in the photos, the socket fits in to the wood piece in the rear. No info is available on the plastic socket that I'm trying to replace, however, the info & number on the drawer slide reads "made in USA, 500/20R, 17002-72" there is an A with a ... (cont.)

We have Merilat drawers in our kitchen and one of the right brackets, see photos, has broken. Please let me know if you can assist with identifying a replacement. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Need new side rails and the tracks for kitchen cabinet drawer.

13.5 inches long. Wood tracks are in excellent shape looking to replace these tracks in two out of four drawers.

This socker is at least 25 years old. Primary opening is 7/8" and rail sort of snaps into bottom. HELP
