I'm stumped on where to find this particular drawer glide. Would it be better to get a 3D printing from somewhere for this or should I replace the whole drawer glide and wood glide?

dresser purchased in 1995, Child Craft Baby. Under drawer measures 15 1/2" part in drawer is 16 1/2 inches. It's a ball bearing slide. I know paper I have says it's HDI Safe-T-Lock. Any help would be appreciated.

Are there any style of hinges that could work on these older style cabinets. I am looking for brushed nickel or pewter colour. You can see part of the hinge on the outside.
