have 5 drawer chest 18w x 18d x 54h #115. was told a clip broke under drawer as drawer falls slightly when opened. can you help identify what is needed to fix this problem by what I described and what the cost would be for part?

I have mounting brackets that are two different colors, but they are the same. They can accommodate a 1 inch wide slider (attached to my drawer.) The standard bracket at Lowes are just a little too small. The bracket says G* 6620, and to the right it has an R inside a circle with a number 3 above it ... (cont.)
