Can't find a replacement for a kitchen drawer slider anchor

I have inherited 2 broken rear drawer sockets. I do not know the manufacturer, but it is certainly an older drawer guide. The inside plastic horizontal piece of the part came off. Does this snap back in to the other plastic piece or do we need a whole new part? Thanks

sockets slide onto a 1 inch metal 90 degree angle at end of back bracket ,the slides on the sides, slip into the sockets.
