the handle is broken and I can't find a replacement. THe scred spacing is 5 1/2' on the exterior

I have two coil balances on 2 identical windows with broken pivot shoes. One is the right side and the other is on the left side. They are 1 1/4 wide and the coil spring attaches to the pivot shoe with a screw. Could you please recommend a suitable replacements? Thanks!

I have a BF Rich sliding glass door and on the outside each door has a plastic what appears to be a white vent plug on the bottom rail. It is about one inch long and a 1/4 inch wide. Can you help me get a replacement?

The length of the spiral portion of the balance is 30". The spring appears to be the same. I don't know how we were able to get this out of the sash. Others were not readily popping out.
