We have a large sliding door from the 80's, approx 8' total width (both sliding and stationary sections). Its' very heavy and has dragged for a while. Now the plastic is cracked. Hi currently have channel stamped with 2290 29. It is 23 inches long. Can you tell me what your part number is for this? I also need the replace the top plastic window shoes. The channel width is 11/16" and the channel depth is 1/2". What part number should I order for this? Jim

Looking for 2 pivot bars a little bit over an inch or so to match the above ones I sent in this email. It looks as a small part was broken off. The window is from the seventies and the window cavity seems not to hold much over an inch.

The balance spring is bad and I need to replace. I am not sure the manufacturer of the window or how to remove the bad balance without prying it out which I have not done yet.

the stamp on my window spring read "3340 BSI NN". need two of this.

I have not found any markings. I realize that I might need to have the whole arm/hinge. I will take either. I have not found An arm out hinge that resembles what I currently have.
