The sash Dyad cranks 5" 39-187 & 39-188 are an almost perfect match for my hardware including the 5" hole dimension. how ever the 5" arm length is a 1/2" to long, my crank has an arm dimension of 4 1/2". do you think it could work or will I have to drill another hole & trim it down? ... (cont.)

I am looking for this type of balance for a single hung tilt window. The only marking I can find is a symbol that looks like "B" and 932 stamped on the coil spring and a number 3 printed on the inside of the slot.

L121-1B replacement. Looking for a replacement for this shower door handle.

Current pivot shoe is 9/16" thick 1 1/4" wide. Can't tell if the length is 2 1/8" or 2 1/16" Looks like part number 15-121 or 15-118 Does it matter if I get either? Thanks.

Heavy window

I have an outside door with two satellite windows on each side. The original manufacturer was Superior Windows & Doors based in Hayward and Ontario California. The door was installed in 2004.
