I need to order a right and left channel balance rod for one window. I have had my son help remove the channel rods both right and left and need to order one of each to replace them. There are no markings that I could find. the attachment screws are 3x15/16 apart. The base is 9x1/2 inches long but I don't think that matters. The door is 1x1/2 inches thick. Thanks

I know it's Truth hardware, but the numbers are mostly rusted out. It looks like 307X4B or something like that. The "X" is for a number that is completely unclear. The bottom slide rail is 10" wide. I have a window that needs all four coil balances replaced. The label in the window says MI Windows & Doors 26252044.3 BMDH3 That is the only markings I am finding. The metal coil itself appears to maybe have a "9" stamped in it?

Hi, this is a pivot pin that was bent and broken on a window sash. It is approximately .25" wide and it came out of a window that had a "Trinity" label on it from 2004 I believe. I need 4ea channel balance 2730. I think there is some plastic stops missing from my window frames for the channel balance's .
