Truth entrygaurd number on the arm is 30744. Need to replace left and right arms

Broken crank assembly and cover on older Crestline casement hardware. I have 4 windows with the same parts that are worn (not yet broken). This window is approximately 28in x 32in.

I need to find a window glazing for white vinyl windows. It’s 5/8 x5/8 with notch in between. It appears to be at less than 90degree angle.

Is there a substitute for this door handle/ entry set?
