Looking for correct replacement of this window balancer

There are no markings identifying the hardware. The wheel that was attached was rotted. The sunroom company was Better Living installed about 25 years ago.

Both Sash Balances in my Andersen bathroom window have failed. I need two replacement Sash Balances. I did not find the Andersen window model number anywhere on the window or on the bug screen frame. The shoe holding the pin locking piece broke (pictures attached). The markings on the outside of the coil are 40 / L. Looking for a replacement part or whole assembly is ok too.

latch no longer works

Hey there, I'm sending pictures for the balancer in my window. At the back I can see numbers 2540 and letters BH1 (or BHI) and PH. The metal section of it measures 26 inches. Can you please help me to identify which one should I order? Thanks, Emir

The plastic holder including shoe is in three pieces. The top piece is broke as seen in the photos. The two coils are in good shape and stamped D6. I need the coil plastic piece or pieces if in a set.
