I have a broken top sash guide which is 5/8" wide and I believe the distance from the top of the part to the round screw hole is 11/16" -- full measurement is shown. I don't see this exact part on your site, can you please show me something that would work?

The window balances are 37" long. They are stamped "36 4 LN CALDWELL".

There are no numbers. Just the work "Lock". The window is 28" wide. The arms are 22" to 23" when closed.
