Hello Swisco Team, We have two broken Simonton coil balancers on lower half of window (pictures attached and were wondering what the replacement part would be. The window states "series 07-09" and 75-75DH inside the track. Thank you!

Please let me know how can I replace the handle opener for this casement. I don't want the original handle that sticks out. Any recommendations of which I can replace it with. Thank you in advance for your services. Nina

Channel is 29 inches long for just the metal, the Block and tackle section fell out as I was removing these as they were broken, need to know what replacement I should buy. I've done plenty of spiral balances in my homes. This is the first channel.

The opening device has the words ' Entry Gard ' and ' truth ' stamped on it. There is an identifying number which is L30841. I need one retainer clip if you have it.

Looking to replace the J style sliders on my shower door made by Caml . Holes for the sliders in the glass are only 5 mm. Are part # 10-058 rollers suitable for glass doors with 5mm holes? Double hook lock

I am looking to replace or retrofit this handle with an external keyed handle. The lock is a multipoint mortise lock. The mounting screw spacing appears to be 3-15/16.

Roller is off a pella door, aluminum clad with wood interior and blinds in between the window pane. Please help identify the roller I need to get two new ones.

On a crank window, there's an arm that comes from the frame and attaches to a runner at the bottom of the window. Window marking LP above that is WS-5 , bought the home a few years ago and need to order some new seals for several windows. What kind of window is this ?
