Hi there! Any way you can guide me to the exact parts I need? I can't tell if they're a red or yellow rod. The window latches are 1x3" with a distance of two inches between the screws. Thank you!Ben

I've been told my GA original 1985 aluminum windows are hard to raise due to channel balance. I unscrewed the top plate on one today, and almost got slammed in the face by the plate and screw under the spring pressue- cautionary tale! The pin cap of our wooden bi-fold door has broken. Without one in place, the glide won't stay in the track. Our cap looks like a plastic top hat sitting on top of the metal pin. The metal pin is 2" tall, the top is 3/16" wide, the cap's opening is 1/4" wide, and the cap is 3/8" tall. ... (cont.)

A sticker on the door says Cole Sewell Solid Saver registration Number SS 784521. I can open the door from the inside, but from the outside. The latch does not retract enough for me to open the door.
