I need some window parts identified please. You will see the windows by IMG_3140 are Alcan. I need Sash Guides (picture attached) and a Channel Balance (picture attached). The Channel balance is stamped "3635" and the metal is 37" in length.

I have multiple windows whereto handle that opens and closes the window has fallen off and cannot be replaced. I am told that I need to replace the entire unit. Do you have the appropriate parts that are needed?

I am trying to replace this lock. I was asked to get a picture of the lock mechanism so we can see if the screw holes line up with the new replacement one. Please let me know if it'll work based on these pictures.

This window does not stay up. It keep sliding down. The hardware use double coils, each coil is marked #65 35". Do you know if you have replacements for the hardware? Thank you!!

I have a 2006 Philips Sliding Glass Door,and it is in need of new roller assemblies. I am enclosing pictures of the old roller (can't find a #), and a picture of the door sticker that I located in the top of the door frame. Would really appreciate your help.

Dual pane window from late 79/80 dual pane window. Each window takes 4 of these, 2 top and 2 bottom. The width of the piece is the width of the track the window rides in

There are no markings except the label included with the photos. I would only need two. As you can see the brackets, where the pins on the bottom sash connect, are broken. The window is an original from 2003.Regards,Jim

Hi, top guide with 2 black weals (sliding door top roller kit) is worn out (one of the weals) for Stanley sliding mirror doors. It is 19 years old. I could buy a weal (7/8 inch) or whole kit. Could you please sell me one? Thank you
